ASIMUX is designed to provide broadcasters to operate the MPEG codec within the narrow bandwidth of 2-8Mbit/s on multiple of 2, 3 or 4 E Lines or 3 to 6Mbit/s on 2,3 or 4 T1 lines. Broadcasters can now transmission on narrow bandwidth for limited video channel transmission maintaining high quality application without the use of E3 or DS-3 lines. Tremendous cost savings and commonly available E1 or T1 lines for emergency line set up can be added advantages to the operator.

Conformed to DVB standard EN50083-9 with direct ASI input and output into video codec system. Operator can also preset the system to operator on protection lines based on 2+1 and 3+1 type of set up. Transmission rate can be arranged in multiple of 64kbit /s and combination of data transmission are possible.
